Cancellation Policy

Broken Head Holiday Park Refund Policy Refunds of deposits and fees paid in advance are available from the park under certain circumstances. Peak Periods Where at least 28 days written notice of cancellation has been received by the park the following options are available: Option 1- Full credit of deposit/fees paid to a future booking. Credit is to be used within 12 months of the cancellation date. Deposit/fees paid may only be transferred once. Option 2- Refund of deposit/fees paid less $50.00 administration fee. Where less than 28 days notice has been received in writing (including partial cancellations) If all allotments of the category booked are rebooked then Option 1 is available. If all allotments of the category are not rebooked then no refund is payable by the park. Off Peak and Shoulder Periods Where at least 72 hours notice of cancellation has been received by the park the following options are available: Option 1- Full credit of deposit/fees paid to a future booking. Credit is to be used within 12 months of the cancellation date, Deposit/fees paid may only be transferred once. Option 2- Refund of deposit/fees paid less $50.00 administration fee. Where less than 72hours notice has been received in writing (including partial cancellations) No refund is payable of deposits/fees paid Miscellaneous • All refunds will be made either in cash (providing sufficient reserves are held at the park) or by credit card only • Refunds of fees paid will not be made should guests vacate early due to any circumstances i.e. weather/moving on- unless in the event of the park being evacuated by emergency services. • Guests may write to the park manager for special consideration of refunds in certain circumstances • No shows will be held for a maximum of 24 hours unless otherwise arranged • At the time of the reservation guests are permitted to make preferences, the park reserves the right to allocate your site on arrival, unless in the event that the guarantee fee is paid at the time of the booking • Cheques will not be accepted within 10 days of the arrival date No REFUNDS on 10% guarantee
