General Facilities

Q: Do you have a pool?
A: No. But we are right on the beach.

Q: How close are you to the Beach?
A: Very close. If we got any closer we would be underwater!

Q: How close are you to Byron Bay?
A: Our park is situated 7 kilometres from the centre of Byron Bay.

Q: Are fires permitted?
A: In accordance with the NSW rural fire service, fires are not permitted at the park.

Q: Do you have internet access?
A: Yes we do. Free Wireless Internet is provided to our guests.

Q: Do you have a playground?
A: Not inside the park, however there is a small playground out the front of the park.

Q: Do you have a dump point?
A: Yes we do. Please see park map for location.

Q: Does the amenities block have a code?
A: Yes it does. This code is provided on check-in.

Q: Are you pet friendly?
A: No we do not allow pets at Broken Head Holiday Park.

Q: Do you have to pay for the showers?
A: Guests staying with us shower for free. Visitors are required to pay a small fee.
 
 

Accommodation

Q: Is linen included?
A: Yes we provide linen in all of our accommodations.

Q: How many people can stay in a room?
A: 5 people maximum depending on the type of room and extra charges do apply. Call for more details.
 
 

Dining

Q: Do you have a restaurant on site?
A: No. However, our friendly staff will be more than happy to provide information about local restaurants

Q: Where is the closest shop?
A: We have a convenience kiosk located on site. The closest supermarket is a short distance. See reception for directions.

Q: Do you have BBQ’s?
A: Yes several BBQ’s are located around the park for park guests use

Q: Do you have a camp kitchen?
A: Yes we have a camp kitchen with a fridge, freezer and all your cooking needs!
 
 

Arrival and Departure

Q: What time is check in?
A: 11am for sites and 2pm for cabins/villas.

Q: What time is check out?
A: Check out is at 10am

Q: Can I have a late check-out?
A: Depending on the availability. Please see reception before departure date

Q: What are your opening hours?
A: Reception is open from 7.30am-7.30pm Sunday-Thursday and 7.30am-8.30pm on Friday and Saturday. We are open Christmas Day from 9.00am-11.30am.

Q: What if we won’t be there to check-in before the reception closes?
A: If this is the case please contact reception to organise a late check-in. If this is the case all fees must be paid prior to arrival.
